Moving Forward
We are implementing the proposed disulfide mapping method across Just-Evotec Biologics sites. We will apply it to track additional cysteine modifications as well as disulfide bonds and free thiols for a more comprehensive mass spectrometry-based cysteine characterization of therapeutic antibodies.
