BioTechX Europe 2024
With over 3600 attendees, 400+ speakers and 150 exhibitors, BioTechX Europe
2024 was our biggest event in 2024! Held at the Messe Basel, the event brought together industry leaders, decision-makers, and solution providers. Together, our team fostered collaboration, insightful discussions and knowledge sharing between key stakeholders and pharma accounts to drive innovation for medicines that matter.
Erik Schliep and Carla Tameling from the PanHunter® team gave impactful talks with a strong turnout. Download the Erik Schliep's presentation, "PanHunter - An All-in-one Omics Data Analysis Platform", below.
HUPO World Congress 2024
At HUPO we presented a poster highlighting PanHunter as a key part of our precision medicine platform and how it enables advanced analysis of large studies and molecular patient databases. On the poster we re-analyzed an already published study (Steger et al., 2021) using PanHunter. Special focus was given to the multi-omics capabilities of PanHunter by comparing post-translational modification (PTM) and proteomics data via linked volcano plots and enrichment analysis available in PanHunter to derive in depth functional insights for features of interest.

Upcoming Webinar
High-Sensitivity Proteomics: The Next Frontier for Spatial and Single-Cell Biology
Proteomics plays a key role in understanding of biological systems and disease mechanisms. High-sensitivity proteomics can now facilitate single-cell analysis, low input and spatial proteomics analysis.
In this joint webinar with Technology Networks you will:
Discover the benefits of single-cell proteomics analysis
Explore the potential of high-sensitivity proteomics for single-cell and spatial biology research
Our expert speaker Dr. Nagarjuna Nagaraj will outline how high-sensitivity proteomics could change the game for analyzing very few T cells, low volume CSF and distinguishing tumor vs NAT proteomes.
You can register for the webinar below. Can't attend? All registrants will be sent an on-demand version after the webinar takes place.
PanHunter v20 Highlights
We are happy to introduce the latest updates to PanHunter. The changelog with all new features can be found in our Knowledge Center. Here are a few highlights about what’s new in PanHunter v20.
Autonomous Data Integration
It is now possible for users to upload proteomics data and sample meta-information, perform data processing and trigger data integration directly from the user interface. This is an important step towards full user autonomy.
scExplorer – Pseudotime Calculation
scExplorer, our single cell data exploration application, can now be used to perform pseudotime analysis on a given data set. The calculation is performed in the background while the user can continue to explore the dataset and visualize results.
MA Plot App – Usability Overhaul
The MA Plot app, our app for visualizing and exploring differential analysis results using volcano and MA plots, has undergone a significant usability overhaul. Key features are now much easier to find and comparing two differential analysis results is more intuitive.
