With the ambition to remain at the cutting-edge technologies and science to offer innovative solutions, several working groups have been created in various fields expertise: photochemistry, electrochemistry, flow chemistry, biocatalysis, etc. Reaction screening and rapid preparation of libraries have a considerable impact on DMTA cycles. Therefore, the parallelization of synthesis is studied with two different approaches: (1) the development of an HTE service and (2) the development of a new reagent and catalyst encapsulation technology, based on recent Abbvie’s publication. The concept is to develop a simple, fast, efficient, and cost-effective chemical delivery system (reagent, catalyst, base, ligand…) for parallel set-up of chemical reactions. As a result, we have built up a catalogue, constantly increasing, of capsules suitable for transition metal-catalyzed reactions and amide formation.
