Abstract:
Carolyn and the team have significantly advanced the understanding of the viral clearance capabilities of Just - Evotec Biologics' platform purification process. By designing targeted optimization studies and collating an internal viral clearance database, the team has established an understanding of the capacity to clear virus across the platform design space. The team has also developed a modular viral clearance strategy to enable accelerated early phase regulatory filing.
