Empowering Toxicology Studies with Automated Real-Time Data Analysis

Date and Time: Monday, 17 March, 2025; 3:15pm – 4:15pm (Eastern)

Location: Room W208C‚ Convention Center

Preclinical toxicology studies face challenges due to vast data, a large number of test subjects, and lengthy timelines. Timely decisions based on real-time data are crucial for multiple stakeholders. To address this, we implemented an analytical dashboard to collect and visualize real-time study data. The dashboard uses advanced technology to standardize and analyze data, presenting it through KPIs, charts, and tables for easy access and analysis. This tool significantly improves efficiency, quality, and decision-making, optimizing study timelines and outcomes.

Presented by Andrea Boscolo Panzin, Supervisor, Data Analytics • Pharmacometrics, and Giulia Forcellini, Senior Data Analyst & Data Scientist • Pharmacometrics, Evotec Italy

Outsourcing in Drug Development: Focus on Efficiency

Many models exist for outsourcing the activities required to enter Phase 1 clinical development. Efficiency, focusing on cost, time, probability of success, and resources required, is key to ensure proper usage of existing resources while maximizing return. Aspects that will impact credibility with investors and prospects for future capital raises. In this presentation, we will discuss these existing models, their strengths and weaknesses, and introduce particular models to optimize efficiency.
