Drug discovery is a complex, multi-objective process aimed at identifying compounds that can successfully pass clinical trials and reach the market efficiently. A successful drug must balance potency, pharmacokinetics, and safety - meeting often conflicting biological and chemical requirements. To manage this complexity, multi-parameter optimization (MPO) methods are used, tailored to the stage of discovery, data quality, and model accuracy. The presentation will explore various MPO applications using predictive and experimental data to prioritize compounds throughout the drug discovery pipeline.
