Biography 

Linda brings over 20 years of biologics drug development experience to Just - Evotec Biologics that includes executive-level accountability for preclinical, clinical, and regulatory functions as well as business development and portfolio management activities. Prior to joining Just, Linda served as CEO of two small start-ups and was the President of ProFibrix, Inc., overseeing US-based biologics drug development activities as well as its operations.

Linda has also worked at Genentech and ZymoGenetics/BMS overseeing biologics development activities and contributed significantly to the approvals and commercialization of Raplixa (US & EU), Recothrom, and Raptiva and the filing many INDs in the areas of autoimmunity, hemostasis, and oncology.  Linda received her Ph.D. in immunology from the University of Chicago and has an expertise in the regulatory aspects of the immunogenicity of biotherapeutics.

Biography

Randal B. Bass, Ph.D., Executive Vice President, Process Design & Biotherapeutic Operations

Dr. Randal Bass leads Process and Product Design, Manufacturing Sciences and Technology, and J.POD® manufacturing operations at Just – Evotec Biologics, driving innovative, scalable solutions for complex biologics. With over two decades of industry experience, he has built and led high‑performing teams advancing large‑molecule therapeutics—from first‑in‑human programs through commercial launch and lifecycle optimization.

Randal began his career at Amgen in Analytical Sciences, guiding cross‑functional process development and later directing analytical strategy across the Seattle and Thousand Oaks sites. His work spans the development and manufacturing of novel biologics and biosimilars, with deep expertise in comparability, biosimilarity, and regulatory engagement with global agencies including FDA, EMA, and PMDA.

Randal earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado, specializing in membrane protein biochemistry and biophysics, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Caltech focused on ion channel structure using X‑ray crystallography

Biography

Guy brings over 20 years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, business development, and commercial execution across the life sciences and healthcare technology sectors. Prior to joining Just – Evotec Biologics, he served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy – Enterprise at IQVIA, following earlier roles as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at IQVIA Laboratories. His career also includes leadership positions at Quintiles, M*Modal (acquired by 3M), and Nucryst Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Smith & Nephew).

Guy is the founder of two AI-driven healthcare technology startups, where he held CEO and CTO roles. He has deep expertise in commercial market expansion, M&A and strategic partnerships.

At Just – Evotec Biologics, Guy leads strategic efforts to expand business revenue across CDMO Services, Products for Sale, Technology Out-licensing, and Continuous Manufacturing Enablement.

Guy holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Harvard University, and B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.

Biography 

Jo Beth brings over 30 years of biopharmaceutical Quality experience encompassing all aspects of QA operations from cell banking through finished goods for both clinical and commercial products. In addition, she has extensive experience in implementation and validation of electronic systems including eDMS and eQMS systems, MES, and SAP. Prior to joining Just-Evotec Biologics, she held the position of Vice President of Quality Operations at Samsung Biologics in South Korea overseeing all GMP operations in multiple plants. Jo Beth worked at Genentech/Roche for over 27 years in both local and global roles. 

Jo Beth earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Neuroscience from University of California, San Francisco.

Biography

Matt brings over 30 years of leadership experience in global commercial biomanufacturing, large scale site operations, and high growth technical organizations. He spent 20 years with Takeda (formerly Shire, Baxalta, Baxter) in multiple manufacturing leadership roles, including Plant Manager positions in Singapore and Milford, MA. Earlier in his career, Matt held roles at Stryker Biotech, Creative BioMolecules, and Verax Corporation supporting technical and operational functions.

Prior to joining Just Evotec Biologics, Matt led startup CDMO organizations in California and Texas, overseeing Manufacturing, MSAT, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Facilities, Engineering, Program Management, Safety, and Client Relations.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
 

Biography

Cameron currently oversees all financial operations across Just – Evotec Biologics and the U.S. financial operations of its parent company, Evotec. He brings more than 20 years of global finance leadership experience across life sciences and professional services organizations. Cameron is known for translating complex financial data into strategic insights that drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Previously, Cameron served as Corporate Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Charles River Laboratories International, where he led finance for North America Safety Assessment across 13 sites and $2 billion in annual revenue. In this role, he supported strategic planning, pricing, capital deployment, and the integration of multiple acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he served as Director, Global Controller at WIL Research, a global contract research organization later acquired by Charles River Laboratories, and as Assistant Controller at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Biography 

Krista brings extensive experience across multiple areas of Human Resources to the Just – Evotec Biologics team. As Vice President, Global Strategic HR Business Partnership, she is responsible for translating and executing the global People and Human Resources strategy across Just-Evotec Biologics. Krista drives change and HR transformation that allows Just-Evotec Biologics to grow and scale in the biotherapeutics space. In addition, she leads initiatives that promote a cohesive and inclusive culture that foster employee engagement, innovation and collaboration.

Previously, Krista led various global HR functional areas in high tech, medical tech, biotech and renewable energy industries. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and her Master’s degree from Arizona State University.
