Evotec AG (Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Prime Standard, ISIN: DE 000 566480 9, WKN 566480) announced today that Jörn Aldag will resign from his position as President & Chief Executive Officer of Evotec. The resignation will be effective as of December 31, 2008. Dr Mario Polywka, Chief Operating Officer, and Dr Klaus Maleck, Chief Financial Officer, will jointly lead the Company until a permanent successor is announced.
