As communicated in a statement on 19 April, Evotec had to postpone the publication of its 2022 Annual Report, Sustainability Report and related Annual Report on Form 20-F as well as the Interim Statement for the first quarter of 2023. Evotec expects to publish these documents by the end of the day on 12 May.
The delay is a direct consequence of the criminal cyber attack discovered on 06 April. Evotec complies with all Corporate Governance obligations in Germany and the USA. The Company is in close contact with the official regulatory authorities and has received their reassurance for the postponed publication of the annual report due to the cyber attack.
Please note that Evotec does not intend to publish the financial results for Q1 2023 as a standalone reporting. Instead, the Interim Statement for Q1 2023 will be a qualitative statement on the Company’s performance during the first quarter. The Company will provide the next update on the financials with the publication of the Half-Year Report 2023 that will be published on 09 August 2023.
