Five years after initiating our endometriosis alliance with Bayer, we draw some very important lessons from this alliance, which is one of Evotec’s key large performance-based alliances. With this White Paper, we would like to share some insights on why Bayer and Evotec focused on endometriosis, how we structured our successful alliance and what kind of lessons we learned, which we can also transfer to our other alliances.
