Assay read-outs supported for high and medium throughput screening are:

For low throughput screening and compound profiling, radiometric, PCR and LC/MS-based assay formats are applied. Evotec also offers to configure existing client assay formats for high throughput screening.
Pharmacologically sensitive yet robust generic assay formats are available for all major target classes including GPCRs, ion channels, kinases, proteases and protein:protein-interactions. Strict quality criteria and thorough biological validation are key prerequisites for each assay.
Efficiency is achieved through the integration of assay development with tool production such as labeling chemistry, recombinant protein production as well as cell line generation and cell culture facilities.
