On May 30, 2007 the Annual General Meeting elected KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft to audit the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007.
