Research Scientist (m/f)

To enrich and expand our expertise in fragment-based drug discovery by NMR we are looking for a highly motivated and independent Research Sceintist

Reporting to the group leader "NMR Screening" based in Berlin, you are expected to support and organise the NMR-based screening activities including technical setup, experimental design, data acquisition, evaluation and reporting in a highly efficient manner. The position will also involve the planning and management of external and internal cross-functional projects.

Trained to PhD level in physics, biophysics, biochemistry or chemistry and with at least 3 years experience in hands-on NMR spectroscopy you will have at strong background and in depth knowledge of NMR spectroscopical methods and its application to the analysis of biomolecular interactions. Moreover, a good understanding of modern drug discovery would be beneficial. You will have ambition to develop and drive innovative solutions to completion whilst retaining your passion for working at the bench by applying cutting-edge methods and technologies. Good communication skills and the ability to network effectively with other teams within Research and Development are a must.
