Senior Vice President Human Resources & Internal Communications

Charmion Gillmore has been Senior Vice President Human Resources & Internal Communications since September 2007. Prior to this, her most recent appointment was as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Internal Communications for Mayne Pharma. She joined the Executive team to work on Mayne's transition from an Australian generics business to a London listed, oncology speciality company. She left when Mayne Pharma was acquired by Hospira Inc. in 2007.

Previously, Charmion Gillmore worked for 17 years for Aventis S.A. and its legacy companies. During this time, she worked in a number of senior Human Resources (HR) roles including HR Director to the Rhône-Poulenc Rorer Discovery Center, UK Business and as HR Vice President to the global corporate functions based in the US and France.

In her last role with Aventis S.A., she was based in New Jersey, US, as HR Vice President for Global Commercial Operations, consisting of circa 33,000 employees. She led the HR function in its support to over 100 countries and the strategic functions.

Charmion Gillmore is a member of the Corporate Institute of Personnel and Development based in London.
