Anne Hennecke

Anne Hennecke, 40, joined Evotec in 1999 and is Senior Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Communications of the Company. She successfully established the Investor Relations function within Evotec and took over responsibility for the Company's corporate communications. In her role she was responsible among other things for the communication of the Initial Public Offering in 1999, the merger between Evotec Biosystems AG and Oxford Asymmetry International plc in 2000 as well as a number of public financings and the venture financing and reacquisition of Evotec Neurosciences in 2004/2005. Prior to joining Evotec she was with Schwarz Pharma AG for four years, initially in International Marketing, subsequently becoming responsible for Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Anne Hennecke received a diploma in pharmacy from the Heinrich-Heine-University in Duesseldorf in 1992.
