Pipeline Overview

Evotec is building an innovative pipeline of novel drug candidates in pain, inflammation and CNS disorders. 

Partnered in a strategic partnership with Roche, Evotec has two NMDA NR2-B antagonists in clinical development. Evotec has also taken EVT 401, a P2X7 antagonist, into Phase I studies. From its internal research effort, Evotec has also generated a preclinical pipeline, and has an H3 antagonist programme in advanced preclinical development. In addition, Evotec had a number of earlier stage discovery programs against novel targets.
