DeveloGen AG is now Evotec (Göttingen) AG.

In July 2010 Evotec AG acquired a majority shareholding in DeveloGen. With the registration of the squeeze-out in the commercial register Evotec became the sole owner of DeveloGen AG which has been renamed to Evotec (Göttingen) AG. As part of the Evotec group the team in Göttingen continues to focus on drug discovery in diabetes and related metabolic disorders.
