EVT 501 - H3 Antagonists

There has been increasing industry interest in Histamine H3 receptor antagonists as a novel treatment for narcolepsy and for improving cognition in conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. Evotec has identified several potential candidate compounds across multiple chemical series which have been extensively profiled and have demonstrated robust in vivo activity across multiple efficacy models. The most advanced molecules are in preclinical development.
